A confirmation email will be sent to you once you place your order on enovate-group.com. ENOVATE will fulfill the order according to the details provided in the confirmation email.

We fulfil your order the soonest and usually within the same day. If you have a change of mind and would like to cancel your order, do get in touch with our friendly customer service for assistance.

All products are packed in carton boxes, If you have any special packing instructions, kindly key in your request when placing your order.

Please note that all items purchased online can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Ensure all returned items are free of stains, damage, or scratches, and include all original packaging and instruction manuals in very good condition. Return shipment fees, taxes, and duties will be your responsibility. Once we receive your product in good condition, we will initiate the return process.
